Laura Macchi: Pure talent, for fifteen years she has been the best Italian player and one of the leading players in Europe, with an important experience in WNBA as well. Her knowledge of the game is remarkable, her personality is strong and decisive. After she stopped playing, she became "National Coach" in 2019.
She is ready for high level technical responsibilities, certainly she has the potential to renew her high reputation as a Head Coach. Ongoing professional development, she has a deep knowledge of European and American basketball. Her knowledge of the English language is excellent.
