BIOGRAPHY
Giorgio Contigiani: Serious and highly skilled professional, who has been a former Basketball player at a good level. He began his career as a Coach in the youth sector of Macerata, additionally he also gained experience with youth teams in Bergamo, Rimini, Santarcangelo di Romagna and Porto Sant’Elpidio.
He was appointed "National Coach" in 2015, from 2016 to 2019 he has been Assistant Coach at Aurora Basket Jesi (Serie A2) with the task of Scouting and Match Analysis.
In December 2019 he was appointed Head Coach in Olginate (Serie B). His professional training is ongoing, constantly in touch with top Italian and European coaches. For many years, he has been in charge of organizing high-level international Summer Camps. His knowledge of the English language is good.
