BIOGRAPHY
Massimiliano Briscese: National coach with a remarkable inclination for young athletes. He began his career as a Coach in the Minibasket sector of Don Bosco Cinecittà, later moved to Tiber Rome and then in the best Youth Sector of local Clubs such as Virtus Rome, Eurobasket, Latina and Stella Azzurra.
He is a talent-scout and raised many good players of the like of Matteo Tambone, Eugenio Fanti, Daniele Bonessio, Valerio Staffieri, Rei Pullazi, Gabriele Romeo, Diego Monaldi, Daniele Tomasello and Alessandro Cecchetti. He was Head Coach in 15 National Youth Finals.
He has been Assistant Coach in a number of tournaments with the Youth National teams, as Team Leader he coached the Italian National team 3x3 to 4th place in the 2012 World Championship. He has won the 2015 "Trofeo delle Regioni" as head coach of Lazio selection, being named "best coach" of the tournament. He is been the technical manager of the youth sector of Progetto Roma Basket (union of the youth sectors of Eurobasket, Fonte Roma Eur and Pol. Città Futura), a rising club in the Italian Youth scene. He has a good knowledge of English language.
