Alessandra Formica: For years she has been a prominent player of the Italian basketball, with important experiences in all the Italian national teams, including the Senior one...intelligent, polite and very reliable girl, she boasts a three-year degree in "Communication, Video and Advertising"...after her career as a player, she moved to the United States for several years where she initially developed experience in sports marketing, working for an important American agency...

At the same time she started her coaching career in Texas...starting as "Assistant Coach" at the "All Saints Episcopal School"...then always as assistant at the "Molina High School"...she also coached in Dallas at the "Drive Nation EYBL", a youth organization (of the NIKE EYBL circuit) founded by former NBA All Star Jermaine O'Neal...since May 2023 she has been working for the Dallas Mavericks NBA franchise, as a "Player Development" and Coach Mavs Academy"...specializing in the individual development of players...

She obtained "USA Basketball Gold License Coach" and also the status of "National Coach"...returning to Italy last summer, she started working for Magnolia Basket Campobasso, as "Player Development Coach" of the Youth and senior teams, as well as a youth sector coach...excellent knowledge of English language.
