BIOGRAPHY

Paolo Seletti: Emerging coaches in the Italian women's basketball scene. National coach costantly updated, young but already with important professional experiences.

After a short experience as a player, he began in 2001 to coach with the Youth Sector of Juvenilia Reggio Emilia and in serie B with Aurora Scandiano. He coached Libertas Bologna for 3 seasons as assistant coach in Serie A2 and as coach of the club's youth teams.

Then 5 years in Castel San Pietro, as head coach of the first team leading the team from Serie C to two playoffs for Serie A1, and as coach of the youth teams (U19 Scudetti in Battipaglia 2015 and U15 in Termoli 2011); for 2 times he has voted best coach of the Under 15 National Finals and 2 times of the Under 17.

In 2017/2018 he is head coach in Marghera in A2; from 2019 in Costa Masnaga (Serie A1 team) where he qualifies for the playoff for the first 2 years, and where he also directs an important youth sector, with which in 2021 he wins the U18 Italian Cup in Udine.

A great expert of the italian women's youth sector, he has trained and developed many players at the higher level, such as Mariella Santucci, Martina Spinelli, Matilde Villa; various experiences as assistant in the National Teams Sector. Excellent knowledge of English, sufficient of Spanish and French.
